I.Product Introduction
TMP-10S/TMP-20S fully automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine simultaneously supports:
- Multiple samples are loaded independently
- Load at the center of the sample tray
Six samples can be clamped at once, and a four-channel automatic dropper (optional) can be configured to fully automate the grinding and polishing process.

II.Product Features
1.TMP-10S/TMP-20S fully automatic single and double disc metallographic grinding and polishing machine, supporting:
- Loading multiple samples independently
Sample tray center loading, fixing six (customizable up to 8 samples) samples at a time to complete the entire grinding and polishing process, ensuring that each sample is ground out on a complete plane
2.Grinding and polishing discs and sample discs: Set and run all grinding and polishing parameters such as speed, grinding and polishing time, rotation direction, water valve closure, etc., and automatically save for easy access;
3.PLC + 1KW high-power motor
4.Two separate 1KW high-power motors (TMP-10S is a single motor) are used for torque, and the torque is large and constant regardless of speed;
5.The speed range is wide, from 5 revolutions per minute to 1000 revolutions per minute (maximum 1500 revolutions per minute).
6.Quick start and stop of the turntable, the turntable stops rotating in 2 seconds;

According to the sample material or user preference, 99 sets of processes (processes) can be set and invoked, each set of processes can contain 10 steps of process parameters (each process for a certain step of grinding or polishing process parameters: rotation speed of grinding discs and grinding heads, grinding and polishing time...)
According to each step of grinding and polishing process, 30 process parameters can be set and invoked: grinding wheel and grinding head rotation speed, grinding and polishing time, water on/off...

11. Store 100 processes, import and export;
12. Sample grinding layer thickness control: Precisely control the amount of sample to be ground to the designated position (optional);
13.Built-in 1 or 4 or 6 channel automatic dropper (optional):
1) The main unit of the grinding and polishing machine controls the four-channel dripper. The type and speed of drips are all instructed by the grinding and polishing machine
2) The dripper has three working modes: manual, online, and fully automatic
3) Connect to the polishing machine and drip according to the grinding and polishing parameters set by the grinding and polishing machine; Each mode can be set independently: drip speed, drip time
14. The grinding head electromagnetic automatic locking replaces the manual grinding head locking wrench, which is more convenient;
15. With the easy replacement of the magnetic anti-sticking plate, all processes such as rough and fine grinding and rough and fine polishing of various samples can be completed, one plate is equivalent to N plates;
